Rickmaniac on the loose

Er.. uhm. So.. Harry got his eyes today!

And they're green! A very lovely, glittery green. They're also very dark, so it's a little hard to see. But they're there, they're green and I love them to bits *L*

Soooo I had to take some pictures of Harry, now that he's officially "finished" - and.. well, since the whole idea of getting a Harry in the first place was to get Snape some..er.. company.. Well...

Oh and don't worry. IMO the pictures are totally worksafe. But someone with better knowledge of the new draconian rules of LJ.. please tell me if they would be forbidden to post "over there" - because I frankly can't make heads or tails of their rules, and I'm just not going to risk a total deletion of my LJ. As much as I dislike places with such "we'll tell you what to think" mentality... I still have a lot of nice comments and such I'd hate to lose.

But anyway, I hope I can safely post them here, so...

In a shameless attempt to bribe auctasinistra to finish the next (last?) chapter of the lovely story "Nine Tenths of the law" I decided to do a render from that story.

Yes, it's on purpose that it's dark.

Whoa! I'm on a roll today! After a long period of nothingness, I managed to finish off TWO renders today (well the first one I'd been working on for several days, but this one was one of those that just behaved and turned out as I wanted it to, pretty much in first go.

So here's an illustration for the wellknown story (at least it OUGHT to be well-known!) Parseltongue-tied by dementordelta.

I've spent the last week or so reading Snarry, and one of the stories I read was auctasinistra's The Kiss. Now that story is so sweet, and although I now this scene isn't exactely as described in the story, it was still what inspired me to it. So.. enjoy :o)

but... I took a break from the books last night and got caught up re-re-re-re-re-reading some of the very first slash I EVER read. Which, among other things was Minx' All Tied Up... and... for several reason this was one of the stories I just HAD to illustrate.

So here it is. If you haven't read the story and you like Snarry, go read it. It's HOT!

I wanted to do a render from inside the Tower of Memories from the Tea Series. But.. it turned out I had to actually model the tower first, because there wasn't a model suitable for this available.

Luckily I CAN model stuff like this, so I did.

And here's the result:

My first render over here. I've started doing some illustrations for Telanu's Tea Series, this is the second one. The first is still on my LJ. I may eventually migrate my pics over here, but there are a LOT so it's not an easy task. Furthermore I'm not sure exactely HOW to do it in the most practical way. So for the time being, they stay.

Anyway... Most Snarry fans will be aware of the Tea Series. For those unlucky few who doesn't... GO READ IT!
