Yes, a moving portrait would be exactly what we're looking for. We've invited listeners to submit Headmaster portraits of Snape, (since we didn't see him getting one in the DH), which we will hang in a special Headmaster Gallery. There are no other particular restrictions - you'll just need to e-mail us the file, which we'll then upload to the Snapecast website.
