OK.. Here we go...

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
This looks suspiciously like another Journal *L* - the colours are a bit garish, I'll have to work on that.

But yeah. Another lemming jumped the cliff and landed here.

Hi everybody!

(as if anyone is seeing this, since I have no friends or anything just yet *snarfle*)

Settling in...

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Sooo I've more or less settled in. I still need to figure out if the content area of this page should be wider, I'm not sure what happens if I upload a picture here that is 800px wide (my usual size) so I may have to widen the whole thing - including the top banner thingie (then again, I will probably have to play more with that anyway...)

Anyway.. Does anyone have any problems with the page at its current width? Does anyone still use 800x600 as a screen resolution for instance?

And HELLO EVERYBODY! It's SO GOOD to see such a lot of familiar faces here! I'm still finding more and more of you, and if I haven't friended you yet, it's either because I haven't seen you yet, or because I'm so HOPELESS with names that I may ot be aware that I whould. In both occasions, feel free to prod me and friend me!

Migration of LJ-friends to IJ made EASY!

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Well, after faffing about and being at first unable to make this work, it finally worked, and OMG, this is so much easier than trying to remember all your friends, and risk missing someone.

Have a look HERE: http://electricandroid.livejournal.com/152667.html

If you can't make it work it may be because of the odd "^p"> sign. It symbolizes a line break but depending on what word processor you use for it, it may not work. In Word, it shoyuld be something akin to |p - but (in word) use the Search and Replace feature and be sure to click the "advanced" button on that window. It will allow you to replace a letter with a linebreak.

Anyway, it really WORKS!

And the page where you go to input it is: http://www.insanejournal.com/admin/console/
