my first idea seeing the first picture was:

And isn't this great? Like this, he can be a much more Canon!Snape, age-wise. Because yes, he looks considerably younger than Alan Rickman. I tstill think he's looking very much like Alan, just ... younger.
Hehe the other head was safely inside, in a little box. Perhaps he was imagining dropping James Potter from that height?
