Tiny drabble with photos of what might happen at Voldie's birthday...
Every year at Lord Voldemort's birthday, the Death Eaters would get a friendly reminder through their Marks.
Severus knew this, and dreaded that day.
Lord Voldemort always started with his closest allies and Severus knew almost on the minute when it was his turn.
This year, however, the "greeting" came earlier than expected.
Clearly someone had fallen out of grace.
Severus clenched his teeth against the soaring pain that was Voldemort's way of making himself noticed. He gingerly touched the throbbing mark and whispered "Happy Birthday, My Lord".
Hoping fervently that Voldemort wouldn't be able to read his mind at a distance, he continued, wordlessly "and may it be your last"

Oh, and that pocket watch really looks like a magical artefact. Especially on the third pic. I can imagine what those little holes could show. Like "lunch time", "your potion is complete", "time to shag your brat"... :D
And yes, the pocket watch was what triggered these pics in the first place *L* it arrived today, from Hong Kong. It was even tinier and more perfect than I had hoped (oh and it works, too!)
